It's quite clear that the San Francisco rental market is hot, hot, hot right now, so here at Curbed we're going to bring you a bevy of rental properties each week for your perusal. This week we took a look at properties with great outdoors spaces and kept them under $2,000.
Outer Sunset: Next time someone tells you that living in the city is expensive, point them toward this itty bitty studio in the Sunset for $1,140. It has access (though you may have to crawl through your window) to a teeny and serene backyard with a bubbling fountain and simple greenery. The nice blue paint makes it feel open and there's mention of free use of a washer and sryer. [craigslist]
SoMa: This studio in SoMa boasts two outdoors spaces for the price of one: a secluded patio for barbecues and quiet, and an amazing roof deck for sun and views. There's also talk of a private patio or balcony, but we're assuming that's for larger units. For $1,775 you're getting a nice, if small, studio, with new and modern fixtures and features. With all the outdoor space, you may never go inside anyway. [craigslist]
Noe Valley: This studio is blissfully shown by appointment only, which means no standing in line with the many Silicon Valley bus-riders who will surely be interested. It's $1,875 and overlooks a tree-lined street, giving you privacy and something to look at besides your neighbors across the way. There's also a perfectly lovely garden to share with your other studio-dwellers in the building. We also love the large closet and the dark wood trim. Adorable! [craigslist]
