San Francisco's Most Expensive One Bedroom Gets Sent to the Chopping Block

New, 1 comment

Was: $4,495,000
Now: $3,950,000
You save: $545,000 And it's still the city's most expensive (and shiniest) one bedroom. The unit's in the Clay-Jones building on the 1200 block of Jones, easily one of the most coveted addresses in Nob Hill. The 1-bed, 1.5-bath, 1,642 sq. ft. abode landed on the market in early July of last year asking $4.495M. This week it hacked $545K off its price to bring it down to $3.95M. Coincidentally, the second most expensive one bedroom for sale is actually in the same building, but it's asking a much more responsible $1.785M.
