The Transbay Joint Powers Authority will receive a $30M check this year for Transbay Block 6. The money, to be delivered by October 1st, continues a lucrative year for the TJPA that already has taken in $191.8 million for the Transbay Tower site and is also expecting another $43.3 million deal for Transbay Block 9.
