45 Lansing Breaks Ground in Rincon Hill

New, 3 comments

The butterflies have been evicted, and ground has been broken on the 39-story Crescent Heights condo tower located at 45 Lansing Street. Originally set to begin construction in 2009, the site was a victim of the market crunch of the late 2000s. After changing hands from Turnberry to the current developer in 2011, a layout change was approved by The Planning Department to increase the number of units and eliminate all of the previously planned 3-bedroom condos. The building will now feature a mix of up to 320 studio-, one- and two-bedroom units over 265 mechanically stored parking spaces. The building is being pitched as a luxury high-rise similar to The Millennium Tower and One Rincon Hill, which means it will feature high-end finishes (and prices) and amenities galore -Michael Conrad
