Bernal Beauty Throws its Hat in the Ring

New, 2 comments

Perhaps spurred by all this talk of a "seller's market," the owners of 30 Elsie St. have decided to join the madness by listing this home. The 2-bed, 1-bath, circa 1906 home, has been remodeled with an eye for openness and light, with warm textiles and wood framing-- as well as adding contrast to-- white walls and glass. Very close to Bernal's best features, and asking $799K. Given the heat in SF's housing market right now, we expect several overbids on this one. As an interesting (depressing?) bit of trivia: the same property sold for $550K in 2003.
