Much of the listing write-up is promising as well: 2 beds, 1.5 baths, 2,124 square feet, and a lovely deck for enjoying the East Bay sunshine. Other parts of the listing, however, are more worrisome: "2nd bed could be an office or dressing room not your typical 2nd bed [grammar in context]." And we don't think this atypical 2nd bed made it to the slideshow, though our guess, from the broker-babble is that it's on small side. But hey, keep in mind, readers: This one makes the under $500K club, with an asking price of $459K.
