It was in very late 2012 that we told you about the sleek and glassy tower proposed for 181 Fremont. The 52-story, 700' tall building is proposed for Fremont Street between Mission and Howard streets. The Heller Manus-designed tower will have 404,000 sq. ft. of office space, 74 residential units, 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and below ground parking. Oh, and there's a bridge connecting the tower to the to City Park on top of the Transbay Transit Center. Now we have a 181 Fremont animation courtesy of steelblue for Jay Blue Company, which just acquired the property. Above, fly around 181 Fremont for your aerial viewing pleasure.
