First on your wallet, at $5,900 per month, and then elsewhere with its stylish interior. The open kitchen with concrete floors leads out to a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. There's a cute little book nook up a spiral staircase with built-in shelves, and the bedroom loft is accessed near the entrance. The location is closest to the ballpark as well as some good restaurants and bars in the area. This unit also gets a washer/dryer in unit and the building boasts a roof deck. [zumper]
