The good folks at Castro Biscuit are rumormongering that Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf has the supervisorial go ahead on its plan to open a storefront in the old Vibrant Health Vitamin Center. "Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf signed a lease with the owners of SF Fitness, the Jackovics family, following the approval."
