The swanky Clift Hotel (interiors by Philippe Starck) has sold for $120M. Hospitality Properties Trust bought the 363-room hotel in the Tenderloin (or are we calling its location Downtown?) from Tarsadia Investments. Still looking for buyers are The Ritz-Carlton, Harbour Court, and Triton Hotel. [SF Business Times]
