The Top Three Residential Property Sales in the Past Seven Days

Listed for: $2,475,000
Received: $2,583,121
Size: 5-bed, 3-bath, single-family home
Location: 3494 21st Street
The skinny: Dolores Park, in the hot Mission 'nabe everybody wants these days, single-family on two levels. Listed in mid-January of this year, it sold on Valentine's day for over asking. Interesting aside: the home sold $1.6 million in 2011.

Listed for: $2,795,000
Received: $2,825,000
Size: 4-bed, 3-bath, single-family home
Location: 125 Mountain Spring Ave.
The skinny: Classic Clarendon Heights beauty with sweeping views from every room and decks aplenty for taking it in. Heavy use of blond wood- love it or hate it- does enhance the general light, spacious effect. The home listed on January 9 of this year and was sold by Valentine's Day, for well over asking.

Listed for: $2,895,000
Received: $3,175,000
Size: 4-bed, 3.5-bath, single-family home
Location: 290-292 Jersey St.
The skinny: Though the listing says single-family, we assume this home comes with an in-law, helpful for that mortgage on over $3 million dollars. The listing also claims the interiors are fully renovated and lovely, but sadly, includes no pictures. However, we tend to think it looks okay, given it went on market on the 5th of this month and was sold ten days later.
