We have some good news for those of you who freaked out when Fresh & Easy announced it might shutter all of its U.S. stores because of "lackluster growth." Richmond SF reports that the grocery chain sent out an email to its "Friends" mailing list saying that "We want to assure you: we don't have plans to close stores." It looks like at least the 32nd Avenue location is fit to stay open for the foreseeable future. [Curbed SF/Richmond SF]
