Tomorrow the Board of Supervisors will be voting to extend the Treasure Island Development Authority's lease with the Navy for another year. As you recall, the massive Treasure Island redevelopment project has hit some speed bumps over the past year, and thus far the TIDA had a lease with the Navy to use and sublease certain land and structures for no rent. Since there's been holdups on the development side of things, the TIDA wants another year lease to have more time to sort things out. [SFBOS/previously on Curbed SF]
