With the cost of living skyrocketing in San Francisco and many looking for someone or something to blame, a group of protestors gathered in the Mission today to protest a Google bus from using a public bus stop to pick up employees. SFist breaks it down: "The Google buses have become a signifier of the economic disparity and class warfare bombarding the city's predominantly Latino neighborhood." The SF Bay Guardian was on the scene this morning, and has video of an alleged Google employee yelling "this is a city for the right people who can afford it" before storming off. [UPDATE]: The alleged Google staffer is actually a union organizer from Oakland, and the argument was staged. [SFist/SF Bay Guardian/Photo via Steve Rhodes]
