The condos at 3500 19th Street set record sales for the Mission when it opened its sales office in mid-October, and more than 100 people showed up to the office the first day the units went on sale. We already know that top floor units in the 17-unit building were selling for over $1,400 per square, and now we know exact figures for some of the other units in the building.
