60 Affordable Units Coming Soon to Hunter's Point

Developers Lennar Urban and AMCAL are moving forward on a 60 unit rental building in San Francisco's southeast corner of the city. As part of the Hunter's Point Shipyard redevelopment plan, the project will be 100 percent affordable housing, satisfying requirements for the under-construction first phase of the massive 1,200-unit neighborhood plan. The 60 units will range from 1-3 bedrooms and "are designed with families in mind." 44 parking spaces and one car share space will be included in the project along with 60 bicycle spaces and a 5,029 sq. ft. courtyard.
