In what has become an insane year for commercial real estate leasing, the second largest deal of the year was finalized just this week. The 200,000 sq. ft. agreement will double the space occupied by the small business arm of Intuit known as Demandforce. Located at 22 Fourth Street, the building has been recently upgraded to include modern techie necessities such as an on-site bike room and repair station, a coffee bar and cafe, a living wall in the lobby and open-floor plans to encourage collaboration. The location is close to both BART and Muni and offers a plethora of amenities in the immediate area.
