That Was Quick: NEMA's South Towers 100 Percent Leased

NEMA, the brand new and massive 754-unit, four-tower rental complex in Mid-Market, has just finished leasing every single unit in the South towers. To keep up with the demand, the leasing office announced that it'll begin pre-leasing the second phase of the development, which are studios and one- and two-bedrooms housed in the North towers—a 37-story high-rise and a 14-story mid-rise. NEMA's North structures were designed by Glenn Rescalvo at Handel Architects, and have a 7,000-square-foot fitness center, and a "state-of-the-art outdoor interactive public art plaza" designed by landscape architect and artist Topher Delaney. This way to see what model units in the other towers look like.
