Flipping Out in Noe Valley: Rebuilt Abode Lowers Asking Price

New, 6 comments

It's no secret that Noe Valley is one of San Francisco's hottest real estate markets, so why hasn't this flip found a buyer? Sold in 2012 for $800K and then essentially rebuilt, it made its debut onto the market with its new look in September with an asking price of $3.295M. Shoot forward to November and it has just brought its price down to $2.995M. The 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 3,276 square foot single-family home has been on the market for 76 days now.
