This is What a $5.55M Condo at the Millennium Looks Like

New, 7 comments

The Millennium Tower's 419 units are broken down into three categories: The City Residences (lofts), The Residences (regular luxury condos), and The Grand Residences, which are located on the 26th through 60th floor. Because of the large square footage, there are only four Grand Residences per floor. Unit 49C is a 2-bed, 3.5-bath, 2,819-square-foot condo on the 49th floor. Technically the library could be turned into a bedroom, but it lacks a proper clothes closet and is currently set up as a media room. As expected from any of the residences at such an expensive high-rise, this unit has all sorts of sleek finishes: Carrera marble countertops in the kitchen, frosted glass cabinetry, and dark hardwood flooring. Other property highlights include one of two master bathrooms that's bigger than some studio apartments, 10-foot-tall ceilings, and views galore of the Bay Bridge and beyond. The condo will cost you $5.55M, and monthly HOA dues are $1,661 and there's 1-car valet parking for an additional $190 per month.
