Flipping isn't Easy: Noe Valley Flipper Takes $200K Price Cut

New, 3 comments

Bought in March of 2012 for $1.051M, 1685 Dolores was then rebuilt and expanded into the home you see above. While the original 1900-ish facade is still intact, the interiors show no signs of life before 2012: smooth walls, chef's kitchen with steel appliances and quartz countertops, and an "ultra modern gas fireplace." The 5-bed, 4-bath, 3,400-square-foot abode first landed on the market in mid-September asking $2.995M, and reduced its price to $2.795M today.
