333 Brannan Street, the 170,000 sq. ft. SoMa office project, is receiving interest to pre-lease the entire existing building. According to developer Kilroy Realty, "we have multiple requests for those that want to lease that building in its entirety ? and some people that want to lease it and then have options on the other buildings that we have in the area to accommodate future growth."
