The brand new Mary Helen Rodgers Senior Community held an official ribbon cutting ceremony this week at 701 Golden Gate Avenue. The 100-unit, $38.5 million project has 28 studios and 72 one-bedrooms, all of which are labeled affordable and for seniors.
