1285 Sutter is Now Etta, LEED Gold Luxury Apartments

New, 2 comments

People have long wondered what was in store for the nearly complete development site at 1285 Sutter Street in the Polk Gulch area. The 107-unit, 13-story building was supposed to open for occupancy this summer, but waited until now to release interior renderings, floor plans, pricing and info on the sustainable qualities of the building. Oh, and the apartment building also has a name: Etta. Pricing starts at $2950 for a studio.

Yeah, studios start at $2950. 1-bedroom units start at $3250, 2-bedroom units starts at $4000, and 3-bedrooms aren't available yet so no pricing has been released. The developer justifies the high prices because of the sustainable features and building services: parking, online concierge services, green cleaning supplies, being pet-friendly, bike parking, personal storage, and fitness trainers. No word yet on how much additional cash those services cost. Etta also has a lounge, patios, semi-private gardens and an outdoor dining area with a fire pit. There's also a fitness studio and a dog run. The lower levels make up the bulk of the units, while the top floors house less units that have bigger floor plans. The top floor—the 13th floor—only has four units.
