Continuing the trend of tech companies gobbling up all of San Francisco's commercial square footage, we learn that Salesforce.com has signed a lease to occupy approximately 235,000 square feet at Rincon Center at 101 Spear Street in South Beach. This news came right after the company announced it would lease all of the 450,000 square feet of space at a new building at 350 Mission and 100,000 square feet of space at 50 Fremont. [SF Examiner]
