1800 Van Ness, aka The Marlow, will soon be ready for its closeup. The 94-unit residential building with 4,900 sq. ft. of ground floor retail will likely open its sales office come Spring. The building was designed by San Francisco starchitecture team of Kwan Henmi, responsible for SoMa stunners like 1 Federal and The Watermark. [SF New Developments]
