The coolest thing we've seen all day - folks from the Western Neighborhoods Project heard that a non-descript apartment building on Great Highway used to house a restaurant with a ballroom, so they did a little digging (well, more like looking above ceilings). They discovered a whole room from when the building was a roadhouse called The Breakers, full of gilded light fixtures, chandeliers, and wood carvings all frozen in time and forgotten - you have to see the amazing photos.
