829 Folsom Almost Sold Out

829 Folsom Street, like so many a condo complex in the city right now, has nearly sold out. The building, a white and silver vertical tower looming over San Francisco's Yerba Buena, was offering one bed/one baths under $530K, and two bed/two baths for under $660K, all with the brand name finishes, parking, and sexy roof-top terrace we've come to expect from pricier complexes. Buyers responded: 829 Folsom St. is "90% sold out." Climb Real Estate informs us that only a single one bedroom unit remains, and a handful of two beds will be released soon. Pictured here is a typical one bedroom, though this particular example, #316, has sold. It does seem, readers, that condomania has officially returned to San Francisco.
