Was: $1,729,000
Now: $1,659,000
You Save: $70,000 In April of 2012, 655 27th Street in Noe Valley was a 2-bed, 2-bath, single-family home asking $949,000. It sold quickly for $955,000. Shoot forward six months and the home was back on the market. This time around it's fresh from an extensive renovation from Terry & Terry Architecture and Chris Choy Design, and the whole place is an ode to contemporary design. The now 3-bed, 2.5-bath home originally landed on the market asking $1,729,000. It looks like it went into contract but that didn't work out, so now it's back and asking $1,659,000.
