San Francisco Giants legend Barry Bonds has put his Beverly Hills estate on the market asking a completely reasonable $25M. The reclusive Bonds has properties sprinkled throughout California, but the All-Star slugger spends most of his time in the Bay Area. Bonds bought the then 11,500 square foot Beverly Hills estate in 2002 for $8.7M. He's since completed a significant remodel, including adding a two-story wing to the home. [WSJ]
