Avant Housing and Devcon Construction are racking up some good karma by contributing to the reconstruction and re-striping of the Marshall Elementary School's playground and new construction of a greenhouse and benches to be used for science studies. The developers are currently working on construction of a 202-unit mixed-use apartment development at 1880 Mission Street, a six-story apartment complex on the site of a former printing plant about a half-block from the school.
