1050 Valencia is a Go

After a two hour hearing last night, the project at 1050 Valencia was approved by the Planning Commission with a few tweaks. Some of the conditions of approval included limiting the hours of construction to 7am-6pm on weekdays and 7am-1pm on Saturdays, to work with Planning Department staff on the design to maybe step down on the Hill Street side, and that they will work with the Marsh Theater on the issues like drainage, ventilation, light and sound attenuation. Overall the project was approved with its 12 units and one flexible parking spot for resident loading or maybe a car share. [SF Gov TV/Curbed SF]
