This morning we dropped the bomb that the top three most expensive sales for the past week all received way less cash money than originally wanted. One even received millions of dollars under asking. That said, the trend continues for homes to sell for way more than they originally asked. Take 442 Hill Street in Eureka Valley. It's a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,425 sq. ft. single-family home that first landed on the market in early August with a price tag of $1,295,000. It sold last week for $1,530,000, or $235,000 over asking.
