Millennium Tower Ups its Fancy Schmancy Cred

New, 1 comment

Worth magazine, the magazine for rich people, has put out a list of the top 10 Residential Buildings in the World. According to Worth, towers that made the cut used "great architects" paired with "visionary developers" to attract wealthy buyers that are willing to pay "high prices for distinctive homes." So, did any U.S. location make the list? Coming it at #1 is One57 in New York, which isn't even completed yet. Millennium Tower in SoMa made the cut, which is home to 49ers superstar Joe Montana (he's a renter!) and local venture capitalist Tom Perkins, who owns a 4,800 sq. ft. penthouse that he paid $9.35M for in 2009.
