We first told you about this big and contemporary newly constructed abode back in June when it landed on the market asking $3,200,000. Commenters complained that it didn't fit in with the neighborhood, while others said it was a vast improvement over the home that was on the lot before. Unfortunately the 4-bed, 4.5-bath house didn't attract any buyers with its $3.2M price tag, so it was price chopped to $2,998,000. It sold today for $2,860,000. Congrats to all parties involved!
