We first told you about unit #4 at 2151 Sacramento in Pacific Heights back in March when it was listed for $2,495,000. The exterior of the building has a large plaque that states that Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the writer best known for his stories about the detective Sherlock Holmes, once occupied the building. It turns out that that's a wild exaggeration. He merely visited one of its occupants during a stop on a U.S. lecture tour. Anyway, the incredibly opulent 3-bed, 4-bath, 2,528 sq. ft. condo sold on Friday for $2,150,000. [Curbed SF/Redfin]
