This week's Tenant Troubles deals with a crappy landlord who thinks a tenant who's moving out should have to replace all the carpet in their rented apartment because of normal wear and tear, even though the landlord stated that the carpet "stains easily" and required the tenants to remove their shoes upon entering their apartment.
