New, 3 comments

This is it—the final round in the opening stage of our first-ever Real Estate Hotties contest. Day 4 Round 2 matches up Erica Elsner of Pacific Union International + Christie's Great Estates against Cameron Love of UGL Services. Get to know each candidate and cast your vote after the jump!

Cameron Love of UGL Services tells us:
As a product of the great Northwest and recent graduate of the University of San Francisco (the one with the “Academic standards higher than Haight-Ashbury in the 60’s”), I enter commercial real estate with a spirited and eager attitude. A former baseball and current softball player, I enjoy connecting with a wide variety of talented people in both the competitive professional market of the Bay Area and the vibrant social venues the City has to offer. At UGL Services, I work with a highly qualified team whose focus is solely to represent the tenants. We provide a full service suite maximizing companies office efficiencies. Best advice for buyers/renters? If possible don’t fall into the current market traps, it will cool off. Hunker down for now.

What's the hardest thing about your job? Finding time to sleep

What do you like to do when you're not selling real estate? Staying active, slow pitch softball (go bluelight)

People in your industry are always so good looking. What are some of your secret grooming tips? I am learning grooming tips every day. Luckily I work with very stylish professionals. When I am endowed enough and have a few deals under my belt, I will treat myself to their tailor.

Erica Elsner made the career choice to enter the Real Estate profession based on the decades of success her family enjoyed as Real Estate professionals. Over the last ten years Erica's passion for the Real Estate profession, tireless energy, excellent negotiation skills, and professionalism have earned her the highest degree of respect from her colleagues in the Bay Area. Erica's clients have referred her to their neighbors for her ability to go the extra mile in a transaction; as a result her business has grown exponentially from repeat buyers and sellers.

Erica has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in transactions involving single family homes, multi-unit properties, TIC’s and condominiums throughout Marin County and San Francisco at all price levels. Erica is originally from Seattle, went to high school and junior high in Yarmouth Maine, then obtained her BA in English and Mass Media at the University of San Diego. She is very proud to call San Francisco her home since 2000.
