Another day, another chapter in the saga of 8 Washington Street. This time opponents to the project are calling on a state commission to postpone a vote on a crucial land exchange agreement that the project hinges upon. The agreement would swap the state’s public trust oversight of the Seawall 351 for oversight of other Port lands. The Port says delaying this vote is totally unnecessary, since they'll go ahead with the transfer even if the project is delayed. [SF Examiner/Curbed SF]
