"We're reading the ruling now to decide whether to appeal" Says Howard Wong, the man behind the drive to preserve the North Beach Library in its original, Mid-Century state. The building is to be replaced (someday) with a larger, accessible and state-of-the-art facility for the neighborhood, but Wong's not having it.
