When we had a look inside 299 Valencia Street last April it was almost finished but the sales office hadn't yet opened. Here we are not even twelve weeks later, and the 36-unit building at Valencia & 14th Streets is almost sold out. Commenters raged about the design, but hey, we all hate it when weedy, trash-strewn empty lots get built on, and the rage did nothing to slow sales. As per this listing today there are two units left although why the address given here is 380 14th Street, we have no idea.
