In the latest addition of "Who's Against 8 Washington?", the Ferry Building’s management company Equity Office Properties filed a lawsuit Friday against the development’s EIR, arguing that it fails to adequately address parking and traffic. On top of that, a referendum to stop the project has been submitted to the Dept of Elections, and if it has enough signatures, will end up on November's ballot - essentially putting the project on hold.
