It was just last week that we told you Cisco CEO John Chambers was selling his massive Los Altos Hills estate for $14.8M. Shoot forward a few days and boom, it's already been sold. Your Curbed editors gathered to discuss the sale, and we've got some theories as to why it sold so quickly. The property is comprised of three adjoining parcels totaling over six acres, so the buyer(s) could possibly build a dream home and then sell Mr. Chambers' big abode off. Or perhaps a foreign buyer just wanted to snatch up a piece of Silicon Valley. The sale price hasn't been confirmed but we're quite sure it was for around asking. [Curbed SF/Redfin]
