US Patent Office Coming To Silicon Valley

The Patent Office is opening four new satellite offices and will open one in Silicon Valley, declaring a “critical need for electrical engineers." As part of a decentralization, the agency is looking for more examiners to cut into the 640,000 applications still awaiting a first review, and SV's deep pool of talent makes it very attractive. San Jose is being bruited about as a location but no location has been chosen, although frankly, shouldn't it be in Mid-Market?
