Cisco CEO Selling Los Altos Hills Mega House For $14.8M

New, 6 comments

John Chambers, Chair of the Board and CEO of Cisco Systems, Inc., is selling his Silicon Valley estate in the Los Altos Hills. According to Forbes, its zip code is one of the most expensive in America. That said, it should come as no surprise to learn out that Chambers is asking $14,800,000 for his very big abode. The 5-bed, 8-bath, 8,280-square-foot home is comprised of 3 adjoining parcels totaling over 6 acres and the property is accessed from two separate streets. As expected, the home has all sorts of bells and whistles you'd expect when you shell out eight figures for a place to rest your head at night. For instance, there's a swimming pool, spa, and tennis court. There's also "parking areas," which give us the unfortunate image of small parking lots littered across the park-like grounds. Chambers and his wife bought the property in 1995 for $3,950,000.
