Replacing The Chinese Hospital

New, 9 comments

Up before the Planning Commission today is final approval of the EIR, plus height and zoning changes, for the Chinese Hospital replacement project. Approval is expected, and the commission will pass the matter on to the Board of Supervisors for final approval– to demolish the historic building and replace it with a new facility and parking. So far there's been little (any?) objection to the plan. Then again, their are no bird migrations through Chinatown. {SFPC/Curbed SF]
