We first told you about this impossibly adorable supercentenarian cottage in Alamo Square back in June when the 1-bed, 1-bath TIC landed on the market with an asking price of $399,000. In 2008, it took the then-owners 280 days to sell the cottage, and this time around it only took 33 days. Like we needed further proof that the buying and selling of real estate in San Francisco is completely bonkers right now. It sold for asking. Congrats to the lucky buyer! [Curbed SF/Redfin]
