Our Take: We're seriously loving the curb appeal of this home. Inside or out, you can tell that the current owners took great care of their property. It's also nice to know that the rest of the street is like that as well — no one like's an eyesore. We're a little suspicious of how tiny that tub is, but whatever. At least this home's bathroom has one.

Our Take: We love a big open floorplan for the common areas, and we're also loving the kitchen backsplash. We also feel like you get a lot of bang for your buck since this abode's on the larger side and has three bedrooms and two and a half baths. That backyard! We're swooning.

Our Take: The only property we found that had more than one floor. It looks like it's across the street from some green space and you can't beat Whole Foods moving in in a few months.
