It was about three months ago that we told you a very fancy unit at the very fancy 1925 Gough building was up for grabs. A quick and fun fact: This is the only residential building to project into Lafayette Park in Pacific Heights. The 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 3,983-square-foot condo came onto the market with an asking price of $3,525,000. Then it took a price chop, perhaps because of all that marigold paint.
