This particular condo has an deeded parking space and the garden area. We should note that the listing states that the "second bedroom is best suited as a home office." Monthly HOA dues are $286.

The skinny: "Don't let busy 6th Street fool you?most owners enter off of the quieter Harriet Street side of the building," reads the listing. Okay, sure. But what about the noise from the very large and very popular 1015 Folsom club? Monthly HOA dues are $546 and there's 1-car parking in the garage.

The skinny: While yes, this is a studio, you can clearly see from the photo to the right that it's got a pretty legit sleeping nook that's separate from the main living space. Monthly HOA dues are $358 and we don't know what the parking situation is.

The skinny: This condo was foreclosed on and now bank-owned. It was first listed in April for $399,900, and has taken two price chops since. Monthly HOA dues are $488 and there's 1-car parking in the garage.
